We will ask you a series of questions about new illnesses, changes in your lifestyle and circumstances since your last visit to the study centre and changes in other health factors. We will perform a face-to-face interview and computerised surveys. You can also complete some of the questionnaires online from home. If you do not want to or cannot answer individual questions, you can skip them at any time.
We will also record any medication you are currently taking.
If you are in possession of a vaccination certificate and bring it with you, we will scan it at the study centre without your name and address. We will provide the scan with an identification number to enable it to be assigned to your examination data.
We will also ask you for your last five residential addresses since the year 2000 and your current workplace address.
In the NAKO second re-examination, the interview is part of the M1 examination module.
