Researchers can now book specific consultation appointments with staff at the Transfer Office in Heidelberg via the website. The TransferHub tutorial also provides an introduction to the application process.
The Transfer Office has long been supporting researchers with enquiries regarding NAKO data and biosamples, as well as questions about the application process. This new service provides an additional tool that makes it much easier to arrange meetings: using an online form, researchers can quickly and easily book a fixed appointment for a face-to-face consultation with experts from the Transfer Office.
Online appointment booking
The sessions take place online via Microsoft Teams and are available on Wednesdays and Fridays between 9 am and 2 pm – to ensure a predictable, structured and well-prepared consultation on the relevant NAKO research project, the form asks for a few initial details.
This enables researchers to discuss their project with the Transfer Office at an early stage and prepare their application efficiently and effectively.

How to use TransferHub
Also new – the tutorial on using the NAKO TransferHub. It explains, step by step, how researchers can make the most of online access to NAKO data and biosamples. It complements the written information on the user procedure and uses screenshots to illustrate how the TransferHub’s key functions can be found and used.
