The Competence Network Secondary and Registry Data of the German National Cohort (NAKO) invites scientists to the online event ‘Health Insurance Data in the NAKO’ on 27 February 2025, 2:00-3:30 p.m. Registration is requested.
In the NAKO, PHI and SHI billing data is homogenised and made available for scientific use in compliance with all data protection regulations and laws.
As part of a webinar organised by the Competence Network Secondary and Registry Data of the NAKO, interested researchers will be given an overview of the health insurance data in the NAKO. Information will be provided on data selection and the special features of the NAKO data that need to be taken into account. All applications for data utilisation are reviewed and approved by the Use Access Committee (UAC) and the Board of Directors of NAKO e.V.
The webinar also serves to encourage an open exchange, answer questions and discuss wishes for improving the data service.
Target group: Scientists. Participants with or without previous experience in analysing secondary data are welcome.
