Multifactorial analyses of possible causes of violence and aggression

Project goals

The aim of this project is to survey participants at the Halle site regarding their propensity for violence and aggression.

Aggressive behaviour has multiple causes. In addition to environmental factors, socialisation and life events, neurobiological and genetic causes also play a major role. Violence and aggressive-impulsive behaviour are major problems in our society. The project therefore aims to use an online survey to assess the aggressive-impulsive potential of participants in order to analyse both the factors influencing the development of this behaviour and the effects of the behaviour on health-related factors and diseases.
